Albert de Solo is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Stillpoint Group, a healthcare-focused holding company that partners with management teams to build scalable, durable healthcare services businesses across the United States.

Albert is a seasoned healthcare operator with deep expertise in infrastructure development, systems design, and execution across high-growth care delivery platforms. He previously served as co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of CareMax, where he led the company’s operational transformation from a single clinic in Miami to a national network spanning over 10 states. Under his leadership, CareMax developed the core infrastructure—clinical, administrative, and technology systems—that supported the platform’s scale and public listing on NASDAQ.

At Stillpoint, Albert works closely with founders, executives, and Boards to build operational scale, implement margin improvement strategies, and translate strategic plans into sustainable execution. His work focuses on integrating workflows, enabling value-based care delivery, and building the systems that support long-term performance in complex healthcare environments.

He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Florida International University and serves on the university’s President’s Council. He has held board roles with Guardian Dentistry Partners and Zenda One, advising leadership teams on operational strategy, scaling, and execution.
