These SMS Terms of Service (“SMS Terms”) govern your use of text messaging
(SMS and WhatsApp) with **Stillpoint Group**.
## Program name
**Stillpoint Group Business SMS**
## Program description
We use SMS and WhatsApp to communicate with our business counterparties,
portfolio company executives, advisors, and team members about:
– Meeting coordination, confirmations, and reminders
– Deal and transaction status updates
– Time-sensitive follow-ups related to an active business matter
– Internal team logistics
We do **not** use this program for marketing, promotions, or sales outreach to
individuals who are not already in an established business relationship with
Stillpoint Group.
## Opt-in
You consent to receive SMS or WhatsApp messages from Stillpoint Group by:
– Initiating a message to a Stillpoint Group number, or
– Providing your mobile number in the course of a business exchange with
Stillpoint Group, or
– Replying affirmatively to a Stillpoint Group message requesting consent.
You represent that you are the subscriber of, or have authority to consent on
behalf of, the phone number you provide.
## Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on the nature and activity of our relationship
with you. There is no fixed cadence.
## Message and data rates
**Message and data rates may apply** depending on your mobile carrier and
service plan. Stillpoint Group does not charge a fee for the messages
themselves, but your carrier may.
## How to get help
Reply **HELP** to any Stillpoint Group SMS message to receive contact
information for support. You may also email support to
`contact@stillpointgroup.com`.
## How to opt out
Reply **STOP** to any Stillpoint Group SMS message at any time. After you
reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and then no further
SMS from Stillpoint Group unless you opt back in.
You may opt back in by replying **START** or by sending a new message to
Stillpoint Group.
## Supported carriers
SMS is supported on all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for
delayed or undelivered messages.
## Privacy
Your phone number and the content of messages are handled in accordance with
our [Privacy Policy](<https://www.stillpointgroup.com/privacy>). We do not
sell or share your number for marketing purposes.
