Andrew Wilkes is a Principal at Stillpoint Group, a healthcare-focused holding company that partners with management teams to build scalable, enduring healthcare services businesses across the United States.

Andrew is a healthcare operator, investor, and advisor who leads strategic engagements across Stillpoint’s portfolio. He is responsible for leading the underwriting of new investments and serves as fractional CFO across the firm’s portfolio companies, supporting capital planning, financial operations, and growth strategies. 

Prior to joining Stillpoint, Andrew served as Chief of Staff at CareMax, where he supported the company’s growth through its IPO and nationwide expansion. He previously worked as a private equity investor at Council Capital, focusing on lower-middle market healthcare services, and began his career in J.P. Morgan’s Healthcare Investment Banking Group, advising on M&A and capital markets transactions.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi Barksdale Honors College, where he concentrated in managerial finance.
