Carlos de Solo is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Stillpoint Group, a healthcare-focused holding company that partners with management teams to build and scale high-performing healthcare services businesses across the United States.

Carlos previously served as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of CareMax, a leading tech-enabled, value-based primary care platform serving Medicare beneficiaries. Under his leadership, CareMax grew from a single medical center in Miami into a national network of over 60 medical centers and 2,000+ affiliated physicians across 10 states. He guided the company through rapid operational scaling and strategic expansion, taking it public on NASDAQ in 2021 (CMAX) and later exiting in 2025.

At Stillpoint, Carlos works closely with executive teams and Boards of Directors to shape corporate strategy, implement scalable operating models, and navigate complex reimbursement and regulatory environments. He brings deep boardroom and transaction experience, having served on the boards of CareMax, Guardian Dentistry Partners, and Coral Gables Hospital.

Carlos holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Florida International University and is currently enrolled in the YPO President’s Program at Harvard Business School.

He is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and the President’s Council at FIU. He has been recognized as Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for Florida and as a Best Business finalist by the South Florida Business Journal.
